I. Nexstep Beverages, LLC's Collection and Use of Information

A. Personal Information

We will only collect personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, address and email address, when you provide it to us while on a U.S. Site such as when you create an account, enter a sweepstakes, sign up for newsletters, participate in a survey, contact customer service, or otherwise interact with a U.S. Site. Your personal information is used by us to respond to your requests, to process your transactions, for administrative purposes, to process prizes, and to send you information about Nexstep Beverages, LLC's programs and, occasionally, advertising/promotional material from some of its advertising and strategic partners. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our businesses. You may opt-out of receiving certain future information or communications (see the Opt-Out/Choice section below). The personal information you provide to a U.S. Site may be combined with information you provide to Nexstep Beverages, LLC or its affiliates on other U.S. Sites, with demographic and other information that is publicly available, or with other information about you that Nexstep Beverages, LLC or its affiliates may otherwise obtain online or offline.

B. Financial Information

We will only collect financial information, such as account or credit card numbers, from you when you provide it to us when making purchases on a U.S. Site or using certain features on a U.S. Site. We will use your financial information to process your transactions. By making a purchase on a U.S. Site, you consent to our providing your financial information to our service providers and to such third parties as we determine is necessary to process your transactions. These third parties may include the credit card companies and banking institutions used to process the transaction.

C. Demographic Information

We may also collect demographic data, such as your date of birth, gender and zip code. Demographic data may be used to tailor your experience at a U.S. Site, such as showing you content including special events and advertising that you might be interested in, and displaying the content according to your zip code.

On occasion, aggregate information that does not identify any particular user may be compiled and shared with strategic partners, merchants and advertisers.

D. Passive Collection of Non-Personal Information.

Nexstep Beverages, LLC also collects "referrers" information, IP addresses and various environmental variables.

• A "referrer" is information the Web browser passes along to our web servers that references the URL from which you came.
• The "IP address" is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you.
• "Environmental variables" include, among other things, the domain from which you access the Internet, the time you accessed a U.S. Site, type of Web browsers and operating system or platform used, the Internet address of the web site you left to visit a U.S. Site, the names of the pages you visit while at a U.S. Site, and the Internet address of the web site you then visit. This information is collected for Nexstep Beverages, LLC's internal use such as to enhance web site security, to detect broad demographic trends, to assist Nexstep Beverages, LLC in providing content tailored to your interests, and to otherwise enhance your experience on the U.S. Sites. This information may also be shared with third parties on an aggregate and non-personally identifiable basis.

II. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties

A. Strategic Partners

From time to time we may enter into a special relationship with another company that is not owned by or affiliated with Nexstep Beverages, LLC to provide additional features on a U.S. Site. Unless specified in this Privacy Statement or a U.S. Site specific or activity specific privacy statement, personally identifiable information of any individual user is never shared with other companies outside Nexstep Beverages, LLC or its affiliates, except as follows: (i) as permitted by law, (ii) in the event of a transfer of ownership, assets or a bankruptcy of Nexstep Beverages, LLC, (iii) where we determine that disclosure of specific information is necessary to comply with the request of a law enforcement or regulatory agency, or (iv) to protect the interests or safety of Nexstep Beverages, LLC or other visitors to the U.S. Sites. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, "affiliates" of Nexstep Beverages, LLC include its parent entities and any of their subsidiary or successor entities.

D. Community Functions

The U.S. Sites may make available chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups at various times. Please remember that any information you disclose in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal, financial or other information in any of these forums. NEXSTEP BEVERAGES, LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRIVACY PRACTICES OR THE CONTENT OF SUCH OTHER WEB SITES. Nexstep Beverages, LLC recommends that you review the privacy policy of third party Web sites arrived at from links on the U.S. Sites.

IV. SECURITY

The U.S. Sites have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under its control. Nexstep Beverages, LLC employs security measures consistent with standard industry practice to help protect against public access to personal and account activity information collected on and used by Nexstep Beverages, LLC at its U.S. Sites. For instance, all access to our databases wherein personal information is kept is logged for security purposes and access is limited to key personnel. Certain specific activities are protected using a secure communications encryption technology called SSL, i.e., during registration, while editing your demographic profile, and when requesting password help. SSL (stands for Secure Sockets Layer) is a method for hiding information to prevent others from intercepting and reading the data sent between the client (your computer) and the server (the U.S. Site).
